We have just sold our apartment through Liberty Gate Estate Agents in Nottingham and can wholeheartedly recommend them. We have dealt with several Estate Agents over the years and have never experienced such excellent service. Throughout the entire process we dealt with Paul Robinson and received a professional, efficient and courteous service of an exemplary standard. Their online platform "My Property File" is a fantastic tool - you log on with your email address and chosen password and can then view marketing details, planned viewings, feedback from viewers and details of any offers but these were all followed up with phone calls/e mails. Paul conducted all the viewings and we sold our apartment in 10 days for the asking price. We never once had to chase them up which we have had to do constantly with other Agents in the past. You need look no further than Liberty Gate to manage your sale/purchase/letting needs!

Dan and Gabrielle offered me a efficient but personal service. Right from the onset Dan was transparent with all the fees and services they offer.The office team kept in touch with me throughout the process.I never felt any question was a silly question. Even after the sale I had a scary moment which involved losing meter readings,but Dan was understanding and supported me in rechieving the readings. A faultless service...thankyou all!
